I combine Comfrey, carefully extracted, with a complex combination of healing, warming herbs and oils used since ancient times to mend and repair.

  • Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus) and Cinnamon  (Cinnamonum verum)stimulate blood flow to bring energy and function to the area and their aroma may improve grumpy moods due to aches and stiffness!
  • Comfrey (Symphytum offcinale), has been used for millennia to speed healing of damaged bone, muscle and skin.
  • Arnica (Arnica montana) has been used traditionally for centuries to stimulate circulation for bruises and strains

Massage in well, twice daily, to support aching muscles, injury recovery and cold extremities.
