We use NZ Couriers or NZ Post for NZ and for overseas delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• $5.00 for delivery in NZ (excluding rural delivery)
• $8.50 for rural delivery in NZ
We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on postal transit services, natural disasters and other events out of our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be held responsible if you have given us incomplete details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship via international air post. We carefully package our products for overseas delivery from New Zealand, however cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. We use a flat rate for postage and packaging (P&P) depending on your country of origin. Please email us at herbalist@elizabethbedford.co.nz if you would like an indication of cost before purchasing.
Tax
All web pricing includes tax though some countries may incur a duty tax depending on the local policies. Please note: International customers are responsible for ascertaining duty implications and payment of any duty charges applied on receipt of goods.
