Refund policy

Our return policy for purchases made online with us is very simple: if your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will do our best to replace it or refund your purchase.
If you change your mind and have not opened it, we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping costs.

BUT: you must inform us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), batch number and best before date information from the product packaging (you will find this on the bottom of the jar or bottle), and the reason you are dissatisfied.

We may request you to return product before processing a refund or replacement. There may be additional charges for postage on the new item. International purchases require the cost of return postage to be covered by the customer, not Elizabeth Bedford Medical Herbalist & Naturopath. Unless the goods are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods were faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.

Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.

Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.

Natural variation in our products: Because we use only the finest natural ingredients we can source, and make our products in small batches to ensure freshness, you may notice minor changes to the scent and texture of our products between orders. These are due to seasonal and other fluctuations in our ingredients and the production style of the individual maker. You can take these as sure signs of our commitment to natural and freshly made products.
